My Shop Policies

Welcome Message: 

Hello! Welcome to 2Dye4 Distinctive Tie Dye! 
Our one-of-a-kind creations are dyed using fibre reactive dyes which are known for their colorfastness and vibrancy. All garments are washed, rinsed and dried before and after dyeing so all shrinkage is done. Even though I've rinsed, rinsed, rinsed everything, I do recommend washing your garment separately the first time or two, just to make sure. 

The garments pictured are the exact garment you will receive unless you request a special order. If you see something you like, and it's not in your size, just send me an email...it can be done. There will be some variations, but that's the art of Tie Dye. Each garment is unique.

Shipping & Order Processing: 
Generally, the item pictured is the item you will receive so I can get it mailed within one business day. Special orders can take longer depending on my "to dye list". I can let you know how long it's going to take during our special order conversation.

 


Refunds and Exchanges: 
If you receive your item and for some reason are not satisfied let me know right away (within 7 days) and I'll try to remedy the problem, either by a refund or creating another garment for you.

 

 

Additional Information:
Special orders can take awhile to complete for you depending on the size of my "to dye list" and the complexity of the design. Much of my work is multi-step processes that can take awhile. So, please be patient with me…. If however, you have a special occasion you want the garment for, just let me know and I'll see what I can do. I've had to change my special order policy on payment. I will need payment up front on special orders. But, however, if you are unsatisfied with the images I send you of your garment I will refund your money.
