Welcome Message: Hello and welcome to my shop! 
My personalized name art paintings will last a lifetime and make great gifts for any occassion!  Each painting is hand-painted and as unique as the person receiving it.  Incorporate favorite colors, sports themes, animals, vacation spots, you name it! 

Payments:  We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping & Order Processing: Our turn around time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges: Because each painting is personal and customized just for you, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange.

How to customize your purchases:

1) If you purchase one of the following - 1) Family Christmas Tree, 2) First Christmas (Girl or Boy), 3) Cottage, or 4) Fireplace w/Stockings:

      Contact us at picture_perfect_name@verizon.net.  Provide your order confirmation information and the detailed customization for each painting.  If you order more than one painting, only one email is necessary as long as the order can be confirmed.  If we have any questions or concerns we will contact you via email.  

2) If you purchase a gift certificate:

      Contact us at picture_perfect_name@verizon.net.  Provide your order confirmation information and the address that you would like the gift certificate mailed to.
