Payments:
All payments are processed securely through FestivalNet at the time of order. Prices are listed in USD. Work on your project or toolkit begins once payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All services and toolkits are delivered digitally. You will receive files, documents, or links via email (or through the FestivalNet platform) within the stated delivery time on each listing. No physical items will be shipped.
Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on the service. If additional information or input is required from you, delivery time begins once that information is received.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final. However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make reasonable adjustments or corrections as outlined in the service description.
