How we work?
AYL has a passionate team, with professional designers, marketers, technical staff, customer service professionals, and supply chain experts based in the US and China. Our design group focuses on innovation and creativity. They help the youth create fashionable, cool, and intelligent products and services for our partners. Our marketing professionals then help the youth connect with partners through various social platforms like Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, conveying our values and cultures. The technical staff is responsible for building a secure, smooth, and interactive platform, guarding the entire interaction process. Our customers service professionals focus on serving our partners intimately and thoughtful, spreading happiness, and creating an environment conducive to everybody’s success.
