Shipping & Order Processing: All orders submitted by 12pm will be shipped on the same day.  Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.

Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not  completely satified with your order, please return it in the condition received.  You will only be responsible for return shipping costs.
