Shipping & Order Processing:
Please allow 3-5 business days for products to ship although most orders will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email to steph@aluacreations.com to discuss return and exchange options. If you receive a damaged or broken product, I will gladly refund or exchange it.
