Welcome Message: Thank you for taking the time to read the shops policies. Please make sure to read the return policy before returning any items for an exchange or refund.
Payments: Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) This will be done through PayPal
Check/Money Order (if paying by check/money order, item will ship once they have cleared the bank) There is a check return fee of $30, if check does not clear.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
Please email returns@catnoir-jewelry.com to request a refund and we will assign you an R.A.N. (No returns will be accepted without this number.) You must state the reason for return, (wrong color or size). If item was damaged when you received it, we will be more than happy to fix the item and have it shipped back to you, you will still need a R.A.N. so it can be processed correctly.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions:
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, we also to not accept returns for One-of-a-Kind pieces.
Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges or returns for One-of-a-Kind pieces, or piece that broke because of improper use. We will; however, make exchanges for pieces that are made in more than one color, that have never been worn and are not the color you ordered.
