Welcome Message:     Angela-Etc prides itself on handmade craft items.  We can customize too!

Payments:  Payments via Paypal or money order only at this time.  At events, credit cards are accepted via Square.

Shipping & Order Processing:  When purchasing pre-made items, they will be shipped within 2 days of payment received.  When purchasing customized crafts, a separate agreement will be reached between the selling and purchasing parties to allow time for a quality handcrafted item.

Refunds and Exchanges:  At this time, refunds are not allowed.  Exchanges will be made if there is a size difference and a comparative item is available.  Any other refund or exchange requirements can and will be handled on a case by case basis.  I will try to accommodate the purchaser to the best of my ability without hindering the quality of my items and reputation.
