Shipping-I am shipping from Seattle, WA I ship using the United States Postal Service. Mail in the US is usually reliable and usually gets there in good shape. That said, I cannot control what happens to your package after it enters the USPS system and is delivered to your mailbox. After your package leaves my hands, I cannot maintain responsibility for it and will only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in the same condition that it left here. I ship to any location in the United States.
You may choose to add insurance or upgrade your shipping method. ***Rates are subject to change by the US Postal Service. Purchases for in stock items will be shipped within five (5) days after receipt of payment. Custom orders items will be shipped within 5 - 10 days of receipt of payment unless you are notified of special circumstances (ie. availability of beads and other materials). Items will be shipped Monday through Friday.
WA Sales Tax- Please Note: Sales tax of 9.5% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Washington.
Return Policy-Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Jewelry may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Email me after you receive your item to let me know that you will be returning your purchase and are requesting a refund of the purchase price. Buyer will pay for return shipping and or insurance.(return shipping will not be refunded) your refund will be processed through PayPal after I receive the item back in new, unused condition. All returns must be made prepaid within 10 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition.
