Ann Krier Mixed Media Art Policies

  Thanks for taking some time to look at my original mixed media art works. If you see something that you like and it is not marked "repeat", then it is one of a kind. I highly recommend that you buy it when you see it. The processes that I use do not allow for exact replication.

Payments: check or paypal. If using personal check, your item will ship once the check is posted.

Shipping & Order Processing: Canvas's will be wrapped and packed by the artist. Generally, items will ship 24-48 hours after order.

Refunds and Exchanges:  Prepaid returns are accepted within ten days of receipt. You will be issued a check for your refund if you pay by check, less the shipping amount that you paid to recieve the items. Paypal uses will be issued credit. All refunds are determined by the condition of the returned item. Custom items are provided with a proof. Custom items are not returnable.
