Our 100% organic cotton tranquility eye pillow is filled with French Lavender and Organic Flax Seed.

Place over closed eyes at bedtime, whenever you feel stressed, or have a headache/migraine. The flax seed adds weight to the pillow, helping to relieve tension around the eyes. Flax seed holds temperature very well - both warm & cold. Placing a cooled or gently heated eye pillow over the eyes can help alleviate headaches & migraines, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and sinus pressure.

Cold Therapy - Place in plastic bag in freezer for 1-2 hours. Use chilled for migraines & puffy eyes.

Hot Therapy - Mist with water, microwave on high for 30 seconds (heat lasts approximately 10 minutes).
