Welcome Message:
Payments:
I take all payment, debit cards and credit on paypal only. All other payments must be pre-approved before shipment. All return checks will have a service charge of $35.00
Shipping & Order Processing:
All art is shipped in containers that will protect the art in all cases. Please review art when it arrives. If the artwork is damaged please contact us immediately as you only have 7 days to contact us about the piece that is damaged. Shipping is only in USA at this time. Will discuss internationals shipping as it become available.
If any piece is damaged upon arrival. Please take pictures and send them to us so we can process the sitation and get the piece back to you the way you bought it. You only have 7 days to contact us regarding the piece.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and Exchanges will only be made on piece by piece basis. Most of the time there will be no returns or exchanges. We take great priority in the process to get your piece to you safely and undamaged but accidents do happen. As long as it was damaged in shipping will you get another piece of the same print and frame. No changes made to it afterwards. There are NO REFUNDS, any credits will have to be used in shop. All personalized art pieces will have no refunds, or exchanges for other pieces. If it arrives damaged a new one will be sent to you.
Additional Information:
Please verify all artwork on its arrival to its destination. As per Stacy Ledford you only have 7 days to have any changes be made or damages be replaced. All damaged pieces will have to have pictures taken and sent to us to verify how we will fix the situation. Thank you very much.
