Welcome Message:

Payments:  On this site, I take payments by paypal.  My Etsy shop provides an interface for many payment types, as well as free shipping (due to Etsy's negotiations on shipping price).

Shipping & Order Processing:  I make every effort to have your item packaged and shipped within two post office shipping days.

Refunds and Exchanges:  You may return any item for any reason as long as you pay shipping.  If there is a defect, I will pay for return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.  I want you to be happy with your item.  Read my shop reviews... all happy customers.
