My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
If you have an online retail presence, brick and mortar store, or company needing multiple pieces made we are your best choice. Our machines offer a +/- .004" accuracy. We are a B2B organization whose mission is to provide our clientele the most precise and cost effective manufacturing with quick turnaround times.
Payments:
Once first sample is approved and terms of project are agreed upon, 100% of total and any associated shipping costs are due before production begins. Thereafter net 30 days on production runs.
Custom one time order terms to be discussed prior to contract finalization and based on materials cost, typically 50-65% deposit with balance due upon completion prior to shipping.
Payments are made in USD via Paypal, or Major Credit Card.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping and handling will be paid in advance by the client based on location and weight of material shipped. All shipping will be with FedEx whether package or feight. COD may be considered on a case by case basis
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to ciients written approval before production start, refunds will be processed only for damaged goods. Proof of damage must be documented with pictures of not only the material but the packing as well. Insurance will be purchased and provided by the carrier.
