Payments: I ask that all payments are done via Paypal. It makes life easier for both of us. If you do not have a paypal account you can go to : www.paypal.com and sign up for free! 

Shipping & Order Processing:Shipping will be done within 3 business days, and I use priority for both of our safety. As this comes with insurance. 

Refunds and Exchanges:I do allow a total refund on any Avon product! 

Handmade items I will allow an exchange. Thank you. 

Additional Information:I use only the highest quality yarns, flowers, and products. As I believe I would only use what I would want used with me!
