My Shop Policies

Welcome Message: Thank you for selecting my ceramic creation(s)! All of my ceramics are made by me in my home studio. I also accept commissions should you wish to make a custom order.

Payments: You may pay via PayPal. I do not accept checks or money orders. The item's price includes packing and shipping.

Shipping & Order Processing: Once your payment appears in PayPal, I will securely pack, insure, and send your selection(s) via UPS. I will photograph the item before closing the box and after sealing it.

Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges are possible. I am happy to send you multiple views of a ceramic item should you wish to have a more comprehensive virtual viewing before purchasing.
