Shipping & Order Processing:Standard order time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is based on actual order

Refunds and Exchanges: If for some reason a item is damage we will glady take care of it if notified with in 2 business days of reciept. No refunds on custom sign. If you changed your mind & would like a refund there will be a 15% return fee plus you are responsible for shipping charges. No refund on shipping
