Payments:

 We accept Paypal as our primary money transaction means.

Shipping & Order Processing:

 We will ship UPS, USPS, FEDEX. please allow 1 bus day to process. Shipping in 2-3 bus days.  If a timely shipment is desired specify FEDEX OR UPS AS a priority.

Refunds and Exchanges:

 Refunds will be accept up to two weeks after delivery. Buyer will pay for the return shipping.  A refund will be made of the purchase price less shipping & handling.
Large paintings will require an additonal handling charge depending on the size.
International and domestic shipping is available.

Additional Information:

 Flutes can be refunded or exchanged for a different flute using the criteria in the above paragraph.  Sometimes a flute just doesn't fit and we understand that.
