Welcome to my FNO online store.  Thank you so much for your business. 

Payments: 

All payments are due upon receipt of my jalapeno jams.  I only accept payment by check.  All checks must be made payable to G. Tilton Pugh, Jr.

Shipping & Order Processing:

When you place your order, be sure to give me your email address, of if you do not have one, your home phone or cell phone number.  I will then email you or phone you with your order total after shipping has been figured in.  No sales tax is taken.  I will also let you know when your order has been shipped via UPS and delivery date via UPS. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

If, for some reason, your order was damaged during shipping, please email or call me at 434-971-9996 upon receipt of your order.
