Payments: Payments can be made by paypal or check.
Shipping & Order Processing: Pieces are shipped as soon as finished. Pieces less than 10 at a time are usually done within 2 days and ship immediately once payment is received. Most packages are received within days of shipping
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are made with reasonable cause.
Additional Information: Special pieces can be made to order if you need something "special"...(theme, size, etc.)
