Welcome Message: Welcome to our family craft shop. We hope you find an item to enjoy. If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us about customization.
- HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER - Please note that all our products are meticulously handmade one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.
Payments: We accept PayPal & credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing: We attempt to ship within 24 to 48 business hours of payment, Monday through Thursday via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail. Orders placed Friday through Sunday night MAY NOT ship until Tuesday. We charge USPS rates. You may request Priority shipping prior to payment. We ship worldwide.
Refunds and Exchanges: I gladly accept returns, exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional Information: For customizations: Please remember to review your design, spelling, names, dates and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. Payment is required prior to any work on a custom order, you will receive pictures for approval during the process and before shipping. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about customization before placing your order.
