Shipping & Order Processing:
I typically ship within 2 days and use USPS Ground Advantage with $100 insurance. Although infrequent, mail does get lost. The buyer is responsible for pursuing the insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges can be made within 14 days from receipt of the item(s). The buyer is responsible for return postage and a tracking number is required.
