Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping is via USPS and UPS. Orders are typically processed as they are received within 1-2 days if the products are in stock. Buyers will be alerted if products are in production and the estimated time for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges will be given on products that have NOT been used.
If a product is broken or defective in some way when received, please alert us immediately to arrange refund or replacement. Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping of any products they wish to return for reasons other than defects or damage.
