Welcome Message: Welcome to Cosmic Hippo Designs where everything is handmade by me using high quality leather and my original patterns.
Payments: I accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
Shipping & Order Processing: I ship USPS Priority Mail. Small items like wallets & jewelry are shipped as inexpensively yet safely as possible. Please email me if you have a shipping preference and I will adjust the charge accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges: All handbags are inspected prior to shipment, therefore I do not offer Refunds. I will consider an Exchange if the item arrives damaged in transit. Return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
