Welcome Message:
Everything I create is handmade and hand-painted. I make signs for every occasion from weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and everything in between. So please take a look at everything I offer or let me know what I can make for you today. I truly take pride in everything I make and I hope with your purchase you will also love it as much as I do!!!!
Payments: PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing:
Payment is expected at time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days from order date for product to be handcrafted and then shipped. If for some reason there are any delays, I will contact you immediately to let you know.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are at all not happy with your product then I will gladly accept returns and refund your money UNLESS it is a customized order. I am not able to do refunds on those orders but I would be happy to give you a store credit. To receive a refund you simply return the product in its original condition within 30 days. Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable. Please not that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items.
Additional Information:
After a purchase is made, I like to email pictures of product before I make any finalizations to it, just to ensure the product is just as you'd like it.

Product Care information:
When partially protected by an eave or porch, your painted sign should hold up very well over time with minimal changes. If your sign is displayed in a location where it is completely exposed to harsh elements such as wind, sun, rain, heat, cold, ice, etc., it will certainly continue to weather and distress over a long period of time. The rate of weathering is unpredictable and will vary based on the location of the sign, weather conditions, and texture of the board. All my signs do have a protective coat added to them to help preserve the paint.
