Welcome Message: Hello and welcome to Design’s by Dawn, a Kentucky-based hand fabricated metalsmith jeweler. I use several techniques to create different patinas for my copper jewelry. Payments: I take all credit cards through Paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
I will ship within the US only. Order will ship within 1-2 days when payment is received, via USPS. Since jewelry has a small size, multiple items can usually ship together, at no additional charge. In the unlikely event that more than one shipment is required, I will contact the buyer prior to shipment. If you wish to add Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation, please add a note to your order, or contact by email at designsbydawnky@gmail.com.
Refunds and Exchanges:
No photograph can ever be the same as seeing the physical item, so I do have a return policy.
If I can't make it right, I will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund for the original purchase price minus shipping, no questions asked.
The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipment and must insure the package for the purchase price or mail it at their own risk.
Upon receiving returned merchandise and assessing that it is in good, unworn/unused condition, I will promptly issue a refund.
Please request refunds or returns in writing within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
I ask that returns be postmarked within 10 days of the original delivery date. Please contact me to let me know when expect your return.

Additional Information:
I am happy to make custom orders. Please send me a detailed description of what you want with your contact information, and I will be in touch soon. Please order it at least two weeks before plus shipping time. Not all items take that long.
I can reproduce most of my work but since my jewelry is handmade, no item will be identical. No hand fabricated metal cut will be the same in size or shape. No patina will be exactly the same in pattern or color. I will always send pictures of the completed custom work prior to shipping for customer approval.
