Welcome Message:
Payments: PayPal or money order only
Shipping & Order Processing:Will be shipped by USPS in their flat rate boxes. As soon as I receive the order it should take a week to get it shipped out. If the order is custom name letters or number or any other custom work it will take longer, but I will be in contact with you by email so I can make sure it is what you want.
Refunds and Exchanges:I will do what ever I have to do (within reason) to make everything correct. You have 30 days after you receive your product for a full refund.
