My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Thank you for checking out D's Whimsy... fun and unique gifts and flea market redesigns!  We are located in Brooklyn, Michigan.  We operate as a home-based business and participate in local craft shows throughout the year. 

Payments: 

We accept payments through PayPal, or Visa/MasterCard over the phone.  We also accept money orders or certified cashiers checks.  Payment is due in full prior to shipping of any item.  We will ship either. UPS or USPS, getting the lowest shipping cost possible for your items.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with any item, it can be returned for a full refund, for a period of thirty (30) days.  You must contact D's Whimsy for a return authorization code before shipping the product back. Custom made items cannot be returned except in the event of a defect.

Additional Information:  All craft items can be customized as to size/color, etc.
