My Shop Policies
Payments:
PAYPAL is my preferred method of payment but I also accept Money Orders.
Items will be shipped upon receipt of cleared payment.
Shipping & Order Processing:
BUYER TO PAY ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO INCLUDE INSURANCE.
I will research between USPS and UPS prices- And will ship at the lowest shippng cost.
I charge you the actual shipping price. I will never over charge for shipping costs.
IF the buyer has a preferance on shipping companies please let me know at time of purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
There is a 2 day processing time for the smaller items sold
The cedar poles there will be a 3 day processing time for shipment.
Tracking information will be emailed to you to track your order.
Return postage, insurance and tracking is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are not accepted unless the item is not as described or pictured.
If for any reason an item is damaaged during shipping contact me immediately upon receipt. Do not throw away any packing material. All items sold and shipped are insured.
