Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days
Items are shipped via USPS priority 3-5 days
(not responsible for USPS delays)

Refunds and Exchanges:

If item/items arrives broken/damaged please notify us within 3 days and we will send you a return label. Once broken/damaged item/items are received we will send out a replacement/refund if available.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase notify us within 14 days and return product for a refund.
(Buyer pays shipping, refund will be sent after returned product is received minus shipping)
