My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Hello everyone! My name is Marty, and welcome to my shop! I create custom cribbage boards, charcuterie boards, and do some small furniture. I usually pair high end wood with an epoxy color of your choice. I also offer Fractal Burning, otherwise known as Lichtenberg Burning. With this, I backfill with the epoxy color of your choice.
Payments: I take take payments via credit/debit card or Venmo. We will usually send you an invoice that you can pay via a link there. For personalized items and more expensive items, I require half down, half before delivery. For custom, but not personalized items or high dollar items, payment prior to delivery.
Shipping & Order Processing: Generally, custom cribbage boards and charcuterie boards take me 2-3 weeks to turn around. I can do a little quicker for an expedited fee. We can cover your timeframe during an initial discussion as my schedule varies from week to week.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds for customized items. 50% refund available for those who change their mind. Workmanship issues will be either fixed to seller and customer's satisfaction, or 100% credit will be given.
