Welcome Message:  All custom pieces a 50% deposit is requested and the remainder upon shipment date.

 

 

Payments:  Paypal, Venmo, money orders or check, 

 

 

Shipping & Order Processing: UPS ground is standard

 


Refunds and Exchanges:  All work will be approved by clients before we send it out.  If there is damage in shipment UPS will reimburse Bs Tree's & Dee'signs and we will in return refund our customers.
