My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:
Thank you for your interest in Eve'sentials Natural soaps! My hope is that you find quality in the end product and recognize the care and excitement that go into creating each unique bar. I strive to use the most natural ingredients for your skin. If you like what you see and receive, please share my shop with your friends, family, & colleagues. They make wonderful gifts as well as for personal use.

Payments:

I accept Visa/Mastercard and PayPal for payment.
Or, you may send a check or Money Order for the total amount of purchase plus shipping costs made out to Eve'sentials; 14 Stone Edge Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921. As soon as I receive your payment, I will mail your purchase.

Shipping & Order Processing:

I process orders within 1-3 days of receiving them. Because of the nature of the curing time for these natural soaps, should an item not be currently available, I will let you know asap. You can then choose a different item, or I will let you know when the item will be back in stock.

Refunds and Exchanges:

My goal is to provide you with quality soaps and products. If you're not satisfied, please contact me directly as soon as you receive your items. Let me know what is not to your satisfaction. I will be happy to replace your item(s) with the same or something comparable, if possible. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the replaced items, however.
