All Bath goodies are handmade in a smoke and pet free environment!

Payments:

Payment through PayPal.com is preferred,
If you are unable to access PayPal I am able to process credit cards, so convo me with your personal email address and I can send you an invoice.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Our products are shipped via USPS. Flat rate shipping is available. Whenever it is more cost effective I will use flat rate shipping. The difference in shipping cost over $2.00 will be refunded to your paypal account.
Shipping materials are recycled
Please allow 3 to 7 days for shipping as items are made as ordered to ensure freshness.

Refunds and Exchanges:

F B Essentials does not provide refunds. If a product is not up to your standards we will gladly replace it.
*Melting Damage* Some of our products are heat sensitive and may melt during shipping in the summer months. For this reason we can not provide refunds for melted merchandise.

Additional Information:

For purposes of legality and everyones protection I must issue these warnings.

**As with any product that is used on your skin DISCONTINUE USE IF RASH OR IRRITATION OCCURS. IF SYMPTOMS PERSIST CONSULT A PHYSICIAN.

**The products I create however delicious smelling are NOT EDIBLE. Do not eat soap!

**Do not purchase items that have toys embedded in them for children under 3 years of age or who are known to put small objects in their mouths.
