We accept the major credit cards and Pay Pal. No personal checks, please.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We will make every effort to ship your item within one to three business days after receiving your order. Make sure we have your contact information in case we are unable to meet this commitment.
Refunds and Exchanges:
It is our desire that you can be confident in the quality of our products, and that they are accurately described. But be aware that no handcrafted item will be flawless. Often features such as residual bark, minor cracks or patches of resin are part of the character of the item. If, however, after receiving a purchased item, you are dissatisfied with it, we ask that you contact us to arrange for an exchange. The customer is expected to pay the cost of return shipping, whether or not the item was originally a "free shipping" item.
