Payments:

 All payments and refunds handled through Pay Pal.

Shipping & Order Processing: 

Shipping will be calculated at the current rate at time of purchase.  Art and craft pieces will be shipped within 3 to 5 buisness days after payment confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Each piece we produce is a handcrafted/woven piece of art.  If not satisfied after receiving one of our creations, we work with each customer individually.  The creation in question must be returned/post marked with-in five business days after received.
