Shipping & Order Processing:
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Items may potentially ship faster depending on the number of orders.
All orders will generally be shipped via FIRST class USPS mail or UPS.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by visiting USPS.com or UPS.com
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to update your tracking information on the right site from when you receive your tracking information email.
HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you not receive your package, please contact us at heartlanddesignssales@gmail.com.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Please get in touch with your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered."
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees incurred from the Post Office.
If you do not enter the correct billing address on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification has obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect my customers and me.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@heartlanddesigns.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
