Welcome Message:
Payments: payment due in full prior to order being shipped. You can also pay by credit card through Paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing: In stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Special orders will be placed into production upon receipt of payment in full and will be shipped upon completion.
Refunds and Exchanges:full refund for undamaged items returned in original carton within 10 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us please notify us immediately and return the item to us in the original carton within 5 days. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
