Payments: We accept PayPal, MC, and Visa.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders have a minimum of $3.00 shipping and is that $3.00 for most apparel, blankets, and etc, but can be more depending on the size or weight of the order.
Refunds and Exchanges: We accept all refunds and exchanges with our No Worries Guarantee. If it doesn't fit your pet, not to your liking, or just doesn't work, we will refund, exchange, or whatever is needed to get you to the happy pet customer place you need to be in.
