My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Welcome to Hope's Peace of Heaven.  I was inspired by my Grandma and have been crocheting for over 25 years.  I have always been a child at heart and started to crochet Amigurumi Character Dolls in 2017.  I specialize in crocheting Character and Sport Team Dolls and in Animal Rugs and Pillows.  I hope you love my creations as much as I love making them.

Payments:

I accept payments through Paypal and Zelle

Shipping & Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days for items already in stock.  Most items are special orders and are created after the orders are received.  Minimum time to create each item is 7 days.  Times may vary depending on the order and the number of projects I am working on

Refunds and Exchanges:

No refunds or exchanges.  I stay in contact with each customer to varify that the customer is happy with the completed item before it is shipped.  I also insure the item when it is shipped.  If you do not receive the item or it is damaged, I will create and ship a replacement.
