Welcome to Creations By Bonnie. My main goal is to have happy customers.
I enjoy designing and making my gemstone necklaces, leather bracelets and our new line for 2015 - boot bracelets. I enjoy shopping (what woman doesn't) for quality leather, stones and metal pieces, and then letting my creative juices flow. My motto is, if I won 't buy it and wear it, I won't make it.
With the Super Bowl being played in Arizona, I made NFL team colored leather bracelets and they are selling fast. My only problem is I'm running out of unique design ideas. I don't like making two items that are the same...but in this case, I think I have to change my thinking. Making over 500 unique bracelets is extremely difficult.
Payments:
We accept PayPal and major Credit Cards. Your purchases will be sent as soon as payment has been confirmed. If you need to Cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible as we normally send orders out the same or next day.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We offer most items to anywhere in the USA with a flat rate shipping price. We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. The USPS price is more than the shipping price we charge you, so we pick up the difference.
We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt.
If we don't have your order in stock or need to make a special order, processing time may take up to 7-10 days. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything wrong or damaged with your order. Returns must be made within 15 days from receipt of order.
A mistake on our part will be refunded 100% along with all shipping costs.
We understand that it's hard to tell, through pictures, what an item looks like. If you receive something and just don't like it you can return it for a refund of purchase price. We ask that you email us within 1 week to let us know of any return and reason. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will ALWAYS answer any emails and will continue to stay in touch with you until all issues are resolved.
Please understand that we have no control over environment or the Postal System. We monitor all packages we send out to make sure they arrive. We also depend on the customer to inform us of any lost packages. If the tracking says that it was "Delivered" then we have no other recourse. If it says "Still in Transit", then we will do all we can to track it and have the Post Office investigate. We will refund lost USA packages after an investigation confirms it is lost.
