Services Ordering
The Services enable you to order certain products through the Site ("Order") and have such Order Shipped to a Delivery Address (as defined below) during Delivery Hours (as defined below) as available on the Site and as opted by you completion of your Order ("Delivery"). We produce fresh products daily to assure you will receive the highest quality products.
Orders must be received before posted cutoff times for a given delivery (see Delivery, as detailed below). Note that Orders are subject to price changes and we do not guarantee the availability of any product ordered.
Following submission of an Order, you will be able to monitor your Order status through your account on the Site.
Delivery
Following completion of your order, you must choose a shipping date and provide a Delivery Address where your order should be delivered. Available delivery dates and hours and associated delivery fees will be shown during the ordering process on the Site. In order to receive your Order, you must list a shipping address when completing your account on the site. JC Sauce shall not be liable for any damages and/or theft and/or (reduced) quality of the products caused due to the fact that the shipment has not been accepted upon delivery. The authorized representative can accept your goods when you are not present and shall accept the Delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the Delivery yourself. Anyone at the Delivery Address, who receives the Delivery, is presumed to be authorized by you to receive such Delivery.
You will receive an email invoice the day of your completed and paid order and/or the invoice may be included in the Order. If something is missing from your Order, please contact us at info@jcsauce.com or at the phone number specified on the Site.
In case of inclement weather or unforeseen shipping complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our shipping schedule which will cause us to suspend chosen delivery dates and times. If there will be a significant delay in delivering your Order, a JC Sauce representative may contact you to notify you of such delay and let you know the status of your delivery time. We will attempt to deliver your Order as quickly as possible when the conditions permit.
UPS Claims
All boxes and items leave JC Sauce in optimal condition. All our packages meet UPS shipping requirements upon leaving our warehouse. Any damaged items are shipping related and claims must be placed with the shipping company (UPS). JC Sauce will take the necessary precautions to avoid undue damage and cannot claim responsibility for items damaged during shipment. If your product is damaged, please call 1-866-431-9641 to begin a claim.
International Shipments
For international shipping to all countries (except Canada), JC Sauce has a minimum order amount of $2,500 and requires you to use your own Freight Forwarder. These requirements include shipments to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. Please work directly with your sales consultant to use your Freight Forwarder to process international shipping. (Please note, international orders cannot be completed through our online shopping cart).
Canadian Shipments
For Canadian orders shipping via UPS, the brokerage fees and taxes are part of the shipping fee shown online. If you choose to use your own carrier, you will be responsible for those fees and providing a broker to get your order through customs.
US Mail Shipments
Any order that requires shipment via US Mail increases our processing costs and will therefore may be charged a $10 handling fee.
Packages shipped within the United States require insurance in order to receive tracking information. If you choose to forgo the costs of insurance, JC Sauce will not accept responsibility for lost shipments. If you do pay for insurance, please recognize that US Mail still requires 4 to 10 weeks before they will pay on any claims for missing packages. JC Sauce will not refund lost shipments until we have been paid by US Mail.
JC Sauce is not responsible for any breakage that may occur when shipped via US Mail. Customers must address US Mail directly concerning any breakage during shipping.
For shipments outside the United States, no tracking is available through US Mail regardless of whether you purchased insurance or not. In the event that international shipments sent via US Mail are lost, we will not replace nor accept responsibility of such shipments.
The safest and most secure method of shipping is via UPS. All packages shipped via UPS are tracked and include some insurance.
Shipping Deadlines
JC Sauce works hard to support customer needs and therefore uses a variety of shippers. Due to the volume of packages we ship, all shippers have established pickup times and deadlines for JC Sauce. Deadlines are as follows:
Any shipments received after these deadlines cannot ship until the following business day.

As a JC Sauce or Honey Hot Apparel.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. You may be able to process an exchange yourself for certain eligible items in your JC Sauce or Honey Hot Apparel.com account. If an item is eligible, you will see an option in your account to select an item to exchange and will be provided the instructions and terms that apply to your exchange. You also always have the option to contact us via chat or email, and we will gladly assist you with the exchange process. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and more than happy to help!
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Additional Information:
All sales are final unless there is defective product i.e., incorrect color, damaged, incorrect size, incorrect brand. If your purchase falls within the defective product description above, you can return your item(s) from JC Sauce or Honey Hot Apparel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
