Welcome Message: Hello, welcome to Sashay Ladies. All of our items are handmade. We know you will love our items. If we do not have a quilt in the color you would like, contact us and we will be happy to custom make it for you as long as the material/colors are available to us. Payments: We accept payments through PayPal or money order only. Checks will not be accepted.
Shipping & Order Processing: We will ship within 2 business days of receiving the money order or verification from PayPal of payment. If it is a custom order, we will notify you of completion of item and will ship within days of completion and/or verification of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refund request will be considered on a per customer basis.
Additional Information: Because the items are handmade, they will not be exactly alike. In the bandana quilts, the same pattern or color may be used, but it may be made by one of the five members of Sashay Ladies.
