My Shop Policies

Welcome Message: 

My creative philosophy is to make the world a more beautiful place.  Ever since I was small, creating things of beauty has brought me great personal joy. 

Payments: 

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to use them. Please ensure the address is correct.  I will not be responsible for a faulty address.  

Shipping & Order Processing:

I prefer USPS flat rate shipping.   

Refunds and Exchanges:

 Any and all creations purchased from my shop which do not meet your expectations can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt.  However JBYJ is not responsible for damage caused by shipment.  If you want the item insured, please let me know and I will pass the expense to the customer.  No refund will be given on any item looking like it has been worn or damaged by wear.

Additional Information:

Special or custom orders are always welcomed. All custom orders are to be paid in full on the order date.  There are no refund on custom orders. Lead times will vary based on the design and my supplier lead times.

My specialty is converting older vintage jewely and creating new life from a piece. Don't let something wonderful sit in a drawer forever.

I do not barter.
