My Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting our shop, Just Imagine. We are a mother/daughter team of artists who, after an extended period of unemployment, decided to join together and start our own business. We have been artists for many years and we have utilized all of our talents to create quality products with an imaginative flair.
We specialize in a variety of products, from headbands to dog collars. All of our products can be customized to fit your needs, details on custom products are featured with each item. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you.
We accept payments through PayPal. Orders will be filled in approximately 1-2 weeks, but we try to send most single orders out within a few days because we know you are looking forward to receiving your item.
Shipping costs may vary depending upon the item and method of delivery. Most of our shipping is done through the USPS. We try and use recycled boxes whenever possible.
We do accept returns for defective merchandise. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately because we would like to try and fix the problem. We will work hard to make it right because customer service is very important to us.
Please note that due to the original nature of our products, some variation may occur. We reserve the right to alter products based on the availability of materials. You may request custom pieces by contacting me.
