Payments:

Please pay through PayPal.  If you choose to use our website, there are more options for payment. 

Shipping & Order Processing:

5-7 days.  We have a stock of items that are bisque fired which we glaze fire when we receive an order.   If your order is rush, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Refunds and Exchanges:   

Refunds are available within 30 days of the order.  Pieces must be returned via mail and arrive undamaged.  If you receive a damaged piece, K. Charm Design will resend a new piece without charge.
