My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:    I have many more wreaths in the making! Holidays, births, anniversaries, seasonal, etc. Special orders can be taken for desired colors and accents to fit your needs. Send me an email with questions!  Happy shopping!  

Payments: only Paypal payments are accepted. All sales final.  Orders must be paid in full before I will ship product.  

Shipping & Order Processing:  Shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS). 

Refunds and Exchanges:  No exchanges or refunds. All sales final.

Additional Information:  Displayed wreaths are as such. Special orders or orders for an item that may have been sold prior to your order can be created for you with a 7-10 day turn around time to be shipped.  Colors displayed may appear different than actual product received.  All special orders will be filled with either the exact materials shown or due to availability; will be created with a shade as close as can be acquired at that time.
