Payments: Paypal
Shipping & Order Processing: Order will be shipped within 3 days by USPS. Custom orders will ship within 2 weeks(sometimes sooner).
Refunds and Exchanges: refunds and exchanges can be made due to mistakes on custom orders or if customer is not pleased with design. All hand painted glassware MUST be handwashed with soft cloth in luke warm water. DO NOT PUT GLASSWARE IN DISHWASHER!! Glassware will NOT be refunded or exchanged due to damage by dishwashing or improper care by customer!!
Additional Information: Each piece of glassware may be customized or personlized with any color, name, or saying requested for an additional $5.00. Please let Kanozzi's know if you would like to customize or personlized your hand painted glassware.
