Welcome Message: Thank you for visiting Kathy Robertson Designer Jewelry. I make one of a kind handcrated pieces, and use a lot of semi-precious stones. Also use glass beads and some wood beads for my creations.

Shipping & Order Processing:After payment received product will be shipped in 2 days with an exception for Holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges:Contact us if you are unhappy with your product perchase and  within reason we will try and exchange for another piece of same value.
