Welcome Message:  Hello and welcome to Kathy's Kreations.  All items are handmade and the Unlocket Lockets are personalized and one of a kind.  Some of the items can possibly be created in different colors upon request. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.  Thank you for looking at my creations. 

Payments: Paypal or money orders only

Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping is UPS or USPS, insurance is required.  I process orders within 5 days, custom ordered might take longer.

Refunds and Exchanges:  If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 7 days in the same condition that it was when sent to you and you will received a refund of your purchase price.  Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. (return shipping fee is buyer's responsibility).
